My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Although the reception staff were helpful with my queries, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, and the pool area was dirty. There seemed to be potential for improvement, but for now, it lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. Hence, I would not recommend it unless major changes are made.
